The Role

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth by securing product specifications across a wide range of construction projects. You will build strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers and consultants, providing technical expertise and ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop specification opportunities across sectors including healthcare, education, residential, hospitality and commercial
  • Deliver CPD presentations and technical seminars to key stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice on fire door compliance, certification and performance standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, developers and consultants
  • Identify and track project opportunities from design through to completion
  • Manage enquiries and develop compliant door system solutions aligned to project requirements
  • Support project delivery and convert specifications into orders
