SFR Recruitment Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a growing professional services, construction and maintenance business delivering a broad range of projects across the commercial, industrial and public sectors. Typical project values range from 200,000 to 5,000,000, covering planned maintenance, refurbishment, reactive works and medium construction packages.
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint an experienced, commercially minded Scoping Estimator to identify, survey, scope and price works across a varied portfolio of projects and maintenance contracts. The role combines regular site visits with office-based estimating, requiring a practical understanding of construction methods, maintenance works and Schedule of Rates (SOR) pricing.
