Head of Sales / Regional Sales Manager – UK & Ireland 📍 UK Wide | Full-Time We are working with a market-leading manufacturer specialising in innovative solutions designed for healthcare and custodial environments. With strong global growth across EMEA, North America, and Asia-Pacific, the business is continuing to invest in its UK sales function and is now seeking a senior sales leader to drive performance and expansion across the UK & Ireland. The Role This is a hands-on leadership position, responsible for leading, developing, and motivating a team of Project Consultants to deliver revenue growth, strengthen strategic relationships, and build a high-performing sales culture. You’ll play a key role in shaping regional strategy while remaining close to the field—coaching, supporting, and driving performance across the team.
