We’re Hiring: Technical Support Specialist

Location: Leeds (Office-Based)

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + Bonus

Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 39-hour week

The Role

You’ll be the go-to person for customers needing:

  • Technical support
  • Product advice
  • Troubleshooting assistance

You’ll work closely with installers, fabricators, and contractors — helping them solve problems, configure systems, and get the best from a wide range of products. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll build strong relationships and become a true product specialist.
