Office-based role within a well-established and growing organisation in the technical products sector, seeking a French and German speaking individual to play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, providing technical advice, and driving sales growth across both new and existing accounts.
The Role
- Manage inbound enquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner
- Provide technical advice, pricing and solutions to customers
- Follow up quotations and progress opportunities through to close
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Proactively contact clients to identify new opportunities and upcoming projects
- Support both new business development and account growth
- Analyse customer buying trends and manage pricing structures
- Administer enquiries through shared inboxes and allocate accordingly
- Prepare reports and support the wider sales team where required
About You
- Fluent in French and German (essential)
- Experience in an internal sales, customer service or sales support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
