Supply Chain Planner (7 month Contract) Location: -– Daventry Working hours and pattern: - 8.30am 5.00pm Monday – Thurs, with 1 hour for lunch, Friday 08.30-4.30 with half an hour for lunch. Salary – £35k Candidate profile/role details: MS Dynamics Navision, excel, AGR data planning systems used in this role, experience in this would be great Demand forecasting and supplier interaction experience Has experience of placing order expediting, chasing deliveries and closing inventories Experience of working with the sales team Displays enthusiasm and drive Key role responsibilities Managing stock levels and forecasts to meet availability targets and inventory value KPIs Leading all aspects of planning and forecasting for assigned supply chains Maintaining planning systems at code level, capturing assumptions (e.g. market trends, launch plans) Monitoring purchase orders and expediting where needed Managing forecast changes with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth transitions Improving stock metrics, reducing over/under stocks, and recommending inventory investments Generating and using exception reports to optimise performance Resolving invoice discrepancies, credits, and returns If you are interested in this position, please contact SFR Recruitment Solutions for a complete job description and a confidential conversation.
