SFR Recruitment Solutions are working on an exclusive retained assignment to recruit a Project Consultant for a growing, specialist manufacturer within the healthcare and construction sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at the forefront of specialist product innovation, working closely with NHS Trusts, architects, and contractors to support projects from initial concept through to completion. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring solutions are specified correctly and delivered to meet both clinical and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with NHS estates teams, architects, contractors and project managers
  • Provide technical and product guidance to support specification and design decisions
  • Manage projects from initial enquiry through to specification and delivery
  • Produce accurate, compliant specifications in collaboration with internal teams
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities via CRM systems
  • Attend site visits, offering technical support to keep projects on track
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and progression through the project lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in specification sales, project consultancy or technical sales
  • Background in construction, building products, or healthcare environments
  • Strong understanding of the specification process and project lifecycle
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across complex projects
  • Commercial awareness with a proactive, consultative approach
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and travel across your region
Desirable Experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare or mental health design environments
  • Understanding of specialist safety-led solutions
  • CSCS and/or SMSTS certification
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
