We are looking for a Legal Advisor with strong expertise in UK law. Due to the growing volume of our operations in the UK, we need a specialist who can fully support the legal function there. This is a role for someone who wants to influence business decisions, operate independently, and become the key legal expert for the company in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day legal advice on corporate and operational matters.
- Support and implement corporate changes within the company.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, operational, and corporate agreements.
- Analyze UK legislation and case law related to the company’s activities and prepare legal opinions.
- Ensure compliance with UK regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
- Prepare, maintain, and update internal policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with UK regulatory authorities and respond to official inquiries.
- Advise management on legal risks and business operations from a legal perspective.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate law and operational legal support after qualification.
- Strong knowledge of UK company law, the Companies Act, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Advanced English and Ukrainian.
- Experience in compliance, trading/financial law, or interaction with UK regulatory bodies.
- Proactive, business-oriented approach.
