We are looking for a Legal Advisor with strong expertise in UK law. Due to the growing volume of our operations in the UK, we need a specialist who can fully support the legal function there. This is a role for someone who wants to influence business decisions, operate independently, and become the key legal expert for the company in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day legal advice on corporate and operational matters.
  • Support and implement corporate changes within the company.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, operational, and corporate agreements.
  • Analyze UK legislation and case law related to the company’s activities and prepare legal opinions.
  • Ensure compliance with UK regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update internal policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
  • Liaise with UK regulatory authorities and respond to official inquiries.
  • Advise management on legal risks and business operations from a legal perspective.
Requirements (Hard Skills)
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate law and operational legal support after qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of UK company law, the Companies Act, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
  • Advanced English and Ukrainian.
