Sure Antennas are a dynamic and forward-thinking company based in Bromborough in the Wirral. We design, manufacture and supply specialist vehicle antennas, predominantly used by the emergency services and public safety sectors. Having grown into the market leaders within the UK, we are now looking to grow our foothold within Europe and are seeking a talented Multi-Lingual Business Development Executive to join our team.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our sales team as a Multi-Lingual Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and ideally proficient in either Dutch or French. As a Multi-Lingual Business Development Executive, you will work closely with the wider sales team to help identify new opportunities that will support the growth ambition of the business. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a passion for business development.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across German-speaking, Dutch-speaking, and French-speaking markets to drive revenue growth.
  • Supporting the development and execution of market entry and expansion strategies.
  • Managing the commercial relationship with pre-existing customers to nurture and grow these accounts.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of Trade Shows, and promotional initiatives aimed at expanding international market presence.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to align commercial objectives.

About You:

  • Fluent in German is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems and platforms is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
