We are seeking applications from candidates to become External Quality Assurance Associates with significant practical experience within fire safety and audit assessment and quality assurance. The role of External Quality Assurance Associate is to quality assure our Centre’s assessment and internal quality assurance against SFJ Awards requirements, and to ensure our Centres continue to comply with the SFJ Awards Approved Centre requirements. The role is flexible.
To Be Considered, Our EQAs Must Have:
- A thorough knowledge of training within the fire and rescue sector.
- Recent experience of assessing and/or internal quality assurance of fire safety qualifications.
- (Desirable) An External Quality Assurance qualification (Level 4 Award in the External Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice).
Successful candidates will have a customer-focused approach, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills along with the ability to meet deadlines.
