Sherwood Forest Hospitals are delighted to welcome enthusiastic, compassionate and motivated individuals to join our expanding Radiology Service as an Imaging Assistant.

If you enjoy working in a busy clinical environment, supporting patients and working as part of a friendly, multidisciplinary team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As an Imaging Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our radiographic teams with all non-nursing aspects of patient care. You will help patients feel comfortable, safe and supported throughout their imaging experience, while working alongside experienced healthcare professionals across a wide range of services, including:

X-ray

CT

MRI

  • Experience of working in a NHS healthcare/caring environment

  • Any associated training related to healthcare
  • Basic computer skills
