You’ll play a key role in delivering our growth objectives, leading demand generation and working closely with Sales to drive measurable revenue impact. This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role where you’ll take accountability for pipeline performance, not just campaign delivery. You’ll also lead and develop the marketing team, acting as a trusted deputy to the Director of Marketing.

This role is home‑based, with travel across the UK required as needed (typically every 4–6 weeks) for team meetings and events. We have an office in Manchester, but the marketing team is geographically distributed, so flexibility to travel is important. A valid UK driving licence or access to good public transport is essential.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own demand generation strategy and execution, driving pipeline volume, quality and conversion against defined targets.
- Take accountability for delivering against pipeline targets, not just campaign performance.
- Work closely with Sales, sharing ownership of pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Use CRM and marketing data (e.g. HubSpot) to track performance, optimise campaigns and improve conversion.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing marketing team, building a culture focused on delivery and results.
- Act as a trusted deputy to the Director of Marketing, taking ownership of key initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience leading and developing high‑performing marketing teams.
- Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment, owning demand generation and pipeline targets.
- Strong track record of delivering against pipeline or revenue targets.
- Experience running multi‑channel campaigns across paid, email, content and/or ABM.
- Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to optimise marketing investment against pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot) to manage pipeline and performance.
Our Benefits:
- 26 days holiday + bank holidays (with the option to buy more).
- Company pension scheme.
- Life assurance for added peace of mind.
- Private medical insurance with BUPA.
- Enhanced family‑friendly benefits.
- Perkbox, offering a wide range of discounts, perks and everyday savings.
- Volunteering leave to support causes that matter to you.
- Octopus Electric Vehicle scheme, offering a more affordable way to drive electric.
- Access to wellbeing support via WeCare.
- and more!
Additional Information:
All candidates must be able to demonstrate a pre‑existing right to work and travel within the UK. We are unfortunately not able to offer sponsorship. Documentary evidence will be required. All offers are subject to satisfactory vetting and reference checks.
