About the role
We’re looking for a commercially aware and curious Business Analyst to join our Change team and help shape the way we work as we continue to grow. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys turning ideas into practical solutions, working with a wide range of stakeholders, and making a visible impact across the business.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Project & Operations Manager, subject matter experts, and internal teams to understand business needs, capture requirements, and translate them into clear user stories, process maps, and deliverables. You’ll play a key role in improving current ways of working, identifying smarter future-state solutions, and supporting successful delivery from discovery through to implementation.
You’ll also collaborate with external vendors and technology partners, helping to ensure solutions are aligned to requirements and delivered to a high standard. Along the way, you’ll contribute to testing, training, change activities, and benefits tracking—helping colleagues adopt new processes and systems with confidence.
If you enjoy building strong relationships, asking great questions, solving problems, and bringing structure to change, this role offers the chance to do all of that in a supportive and fast-moving environment. Experience with systems such as HubSpot, Business Central, or similar platforms would be an advantage, but most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and excited by continuous improvement.
Essential experience:
- Previous experience in a Business Analyst role, with the ability to gather, analyse, and document requirements clearly.
- Confidence creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
- Strong process-mapping skills, including documenting current-state and future-state ways of working.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across different teams and levels.
- The ability to identify risks, impacts, and dependencies and turn insight into practical recommendations.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach and a genuine interest in improving processes and systems.
Desirable experience:
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, or similar business systems such as HubSpot or Business Central.
- Experience working with external vendors, suppliers, or implementation partners.
- Exposure to change management, testing, training, or implementation activity.
- Experience in a fast-paced, evolving business where adaptability and collaboration are key.
Our Benefits:
- 26 days holiday + bank holidays (with the option to buy more)
- Company pension scheme
- Life assurance for added peace of mind
- Private medical insurance with BUPA
- Enhanced family-friendly benefits
- Perkbox, offering a wide range of discounts, perks and everyday savings
- Volunteering leave to support causes that matter to you
- Octopus Electric Vehicle scheme, offering a more affordable way to drive electric
- Access to wellbeing support via WeCare
- and more!
