Job Title: Part time Warehouse Operator
Join our team as a Warehouse Operative where you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to receiving, storing, and distributing goods while ensuring a well-organised work environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records by documenting all incoming and outgoing goods
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet trucks
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts to reconcile physical stock with system records
Experience & Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to guarantee precision in order processing and fulfillment
- Strong organisational skills to uphold cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members for seamless operations
- Knowledge of warehouse operations
- Possession of FLT & Flexi Truck license is preferred; however, training can be provided
Job Details
- Hours: Based on 3 days per week; overtime may be available from time to time
- Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
- Pay: From £12.21 per hour
- Expected hours: 22.5 – 35 per week
