We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in marketing, communications and business development whilst gaining a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification. This is not simply a social media role – you will become a valued member of the team and play an important part in promoting the business, supporting lead generation activities and helping to grow the SFE Services brand.
As written communication forms a key part of the role, candidates must be comfortable producing professional content, articles, case studies, social media posts and marketing materials to a high standard. You will work alongside our management team, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing and business development activities whilst learning how a successful business operates.
SFE Services Ltd is a family-owned air conditioning and ventilation company providing installation, maintenance and repair services throughout the UK. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and creating opportunities for people to learn, develop and build successful careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting our marketing and business development activities
- Assisting with social media content creation
- Helping update website content and blogs
- Producing case studies and marketing materials
- Researching potential clients and opportunities
- Maintaining company databases and CRM records
- Supporting email campaigns and online marketing
- Assisting with video, photography and content creation
- Supporting networking, PR and promotional activities
You will study towards a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship through JBC Skills Training. The apprenticeship is delivered remotely and includes one dedicated learning day each week, separate from your day-to-day role within the business. This time will be used for:
- Online classroom sessions
- Coursework and assignments
- Further training and skills development
The remainder of your working week will be spent gaining practical experience within the business and applying your learning in a real workplace environment.
