- Our goal is to provide excellent products of the highest quality – and you are helping us to achieve this!
- Conduct experimental programs of work to meet the strategic technology roadmap.
- Support Research and development projects and single cell testing in the UK.
- Support the site quality document systems ensuring projects are run on the New Product Introduction framework.
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues in SFC Headquarters.
- Collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines to ensure you maximize development impact.
- Support Health and Safety standards across the site.
- Carry out other duties which are within your skills and abilities allowing for personnel development and career progression.
What you should bring along:
- A degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in working in a development environment, ideally as part of a larger manufacturing site.
- Strong attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative approach to working in a small dedicated team.
- Strong organisational skills are paramount.
- Enthusiasm and a thirst for learning.
- Ability to communicate and develop strong working relationships across a multi-functional team.
- Experience in fuel cells or a similar technology would be advantageous.
- Experience with automating data processing would be advantageous.
