The company is headquartered in Brunnthal / Munich, Germany, with operations in the Netherlands, Romania, Canada, USA, UK, Denmark, and India. We are expanding into the UK with our first manufacturing site for Membrane Electrode Assemblies. Your Role with Us Oversee all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, cost accounting, and inventory accounting Ensure accurate allocation of overheads to inventories, analyze efficiency and effectiveness of overhead allocations, and manage inventory adjustments Prepare timely monthly financial statements ensuring compliance with IFRS and local reporting requirements Support budget preparation and financial forecasting, report variances, and analyze financial data to support decision-making Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls Coordinate external audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, supporting month-end and year-end closing processes What You Should Bring Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in a similar role, ideally in manufacturing Ability to manage and optimize growing accounting, controlling, and tax processes Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Experience with inventory management and cost accounting Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with ERP systems like proAlpha or SAP S/4HANA is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Our Benefits Competitive salary and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Work uniform options and international environment Encouragement of independence, ownership, and personal/professional growth Training opportunities based on performance management for professional development Additional Details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Finance and Sales Industries: Renewable Energy, Semiconductor Manufacturing Referrals can double your chances of interviewing at SFC Energy AG.
