About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our Product Engineering Squad at Which?. In this position, you will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions to meet our product objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will translate user needs into technical specifications and deliver scalable solutions using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. You will troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support the ongoing health of the Salesforce platform. As a senior team member, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, offer technical guidance, and contribute to architectural discussions to drive innovation and implement best practices within Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability and alignment with industry standards.
- Lead the development of clean, maintainable code using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components to meet functional requirements while maintaining high coding standards.
