About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to help shape our Salesforce platform strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalable innovation. This short-term, high-impact role will bring a strategic perspective to assess our current setup, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to best practices as we grow. You’ll collaborate with our Salesforce Administrator to guide leadership in defining the optimal structure and roadmap for scaling the platform.

Responsibilities:

1. Review the Salesforce environment, including architecture, user roles, permissions, and integrations, to identify inefficiencies and ensure suitability.
2. Provide expert guidance on Salesforce structure, role-based access, and team governance, particularly around Marketing Cloud.
3. Work closely with key stakeholders to develop a prioritized Salesforce roadmap that balances strategic projects with business-as-usual needs.
4. Advise on optimizing Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud, including workflow efficiency, automation, reporting, and integrations.
5. Deliver a clear summary of findings, recommendations, and team role definitions for effective decision-making.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Solution Architect
2. Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, governance, and best practices
3. Strong background in configuration, customization, and third-party integrations
4. Ability to define business needs and recommend tailored solutions
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
6. Comfortable working independently in an advisory role for a short-term engagement
