We are working with a UK investment firm that is modernising how it operates using automation and low‐code technology to connect systems, reduce manual work, and create smarter workflows across the business. This role sits at the centre of that transformation. You will partner directly with senior stakeholders to design and deliver live tools and automations that make day‐to‐day work simpler, faster, and more connected.

The Opportunity

  • Own, optimise, and extend the firm’s CRM and automation ecosystem (DealCloud and Microsoft Power Platform).
  • Build Power Apps and Power Automate flows that link existing systems and eliminate manual processes.
  • Prototype and implement new tools from approvals and reporting workflows to data capture and process tracking.
  • Work directly with teams across operations, compliance, and investment to understand challenges and translate them into practical, working solutions.
  • Shape the roadmap for digital transformation, introducing new capabilities and best practice across low‐code and automation.

What You’ll Bring

  • Hands‐on experience building solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate (Dataverse or Dynamics 365 experience ideal).
  • Strong understanding of workflow design, APIs, and data integration between systems.
  • Comfortable gathering requirements, delivering end‐to‐end builds, and iterating based on feedback.
  • A genuine interest in automation, process improvement, and creating usable business tools not just analysis or support.
  • Previous experience in investment, financial, or professional services would be a plus, but not essential.
