A Salesforce Engineer with at least 3 years of commercial experience (ideally gained in an in-house role) is sought by a high growth scale up based near Derby. Working at the forefront of B2C technology, this Salesforce Engineer will work closely with the engineering and operations teams to develop bespoke customisations that drive utilisation across the business and deliver huge functionality and customisation capabilities for their diverse customer base.
With a quality over quantity mantra, this Salesforce Engineer will be joining an autonomous, collaborative team with scope to bring new ideas, technology, and a personality to the role, with a team infrastructure that allows ownership of projects right through to deployment. This role would suit a Salesforce Engineer who is bored of BAU work and wants to use AI tooling to maximise Salesforce's ever-increasing functionality in true greenfield project work with real business impact.
This Salesforce Engineer based near Derby should have most of the following core skills:
