With recent investment, this Senior Software Engineer will play a crucial lead role in new product development and AI innovation, working closely with the CTO to 5x engineering efficiency using AI tooling. As a primary contributor, you will help move the dial on engineering output. This role would suit a Staff or Senior Engineer with at least eight years' experience who is looking for the autonomy to set the technical direction of this high-growth, PE-backed company, while benefiting financially from the company's growth journey over the coming years.

This Senior Software Engineer should have most of the following:

  • Hands-on product engineering experience, ideally operating at Staff or Lead Engineer level within a product-focused environment
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation or similar
  • Cloud-native architecture and design skills
  • Strong AI tooling experience
  • A genuine delivery mindset – able to ship software as well as design solutions
  • Experience working within a Product or PaaS environment

This Senior Software Engineer position offers:
