- Developing integration plans from due diligence through to full operational embedding.
- Building strong relationships across all business functions to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Producing clear reporting and insights for executive leadership to support decision making.
- Identifying opportunities for operational improvement and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leading and developing a small transformation and change team while embedding best practice across the organisation.
About You

You'll ideally have:
- Significant experience leading large-scale business transformation programmes.
- Experience managing portfolios of strategic change initiatives.
- Proven success leading acquisition or post-merger integrations from planning through to operational delivery.
- Strong programme or portfolio management expertise with recognised qualifications (MSP, PRINCE2, Agile, PMP or similar).
- Experience influencing senior leadership, executive teams and board-level stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach with the ability to work comfortably in ambiguous environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing transformation or change teams.
