Following significant investment in its data platform, the business is looking for an experienced Analytics Manager to lead a growing analytics function and help embed data-driven decision making across the organisation.
This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal point in the company's analytics journey, where you'll play a key role in transforming how marketing insight influences commercial decisions.
This is not a reporting-focused position.
Instead, you'll combine hands-on analysis with leadership, helping move the business beyond dashboards towards meaningful commercial action.
The Role Reporting into senior marketing leadership, you'll lead a small team while remaining hands-on with analysis, partnering closely with Marketing, Commercial, Digital, Finance and wider business stakeholders.
A dedicated BI function now owns data engineering, modelling and governance, allowing this team to focus on delivering insight that drives measurable business performance.
You'll spend approximately 60% of your time delivering analysis and 40% leading and developing the team .
Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing Marketing Analytics team.
Deliver commercially focused analysis across customer behaviour, marketing performance, promotions and revenue growth.
Identify opportunities that improve customer engagement, commercial performance and marketing ROI.
Build strong relationships across Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Digital and Operations.
Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards and performance reporting that support business decision making.
Champion experimentation and test-and-learn methodologies.
Coach analysts to become commercially focused business partners rather than report producers.
Help shape the future direction of the analytics function as the organisation continues its data transformation.
We're Looking For You'll be someone who enjoys solving business problems through data and can demonstrate how your analysis has genuinely influenced commercial decisions.
You'll ideally bring: Experience leading or mentoring analysts within a commercial or customer-focused environment.
Strong commercial awareness with examples of delivering measurable business impact.
Experience analysing customer, campaign, promotional or commercial performance.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Strong SQL skills.
Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar BI tools.
Confidence working with large datasets and translating findings into meaningful business recommendations.
Strong presentation and data storytelling skills.
Experience with customer segmentation, marketing analytics, pricing, promotions, retention or customer insight would be highly beneficial.
