SF Technology Partners are working with a private equity-backed, purpose-driven organisation entering a critical phase of growth and transformation. This is a rare opportunity to join a business with a clear mission and strong leadership, where technology sits at the core of the value creation plan. The organisation is moving at pace to build a scalable, future-proof platform and portal, replacing a fragmented legacy environment and enabling significant growth over the coming years. Whilst the search is for a permanent CTO, the business is moving fast and SF Technology are keen to talk to available interim CTOs who have built and delivered partner and/or consumer technology platforms before.
The Opportunity
- Defining and delivering a customer and client facing portal and platform-led technology strategy
- Building a modular, scalable architecture to support a multi-stakeholder environment
- Leading the development of systems that combine:
- Workflow and case management
- Data and reporting
- Payments/financial flows
- Partner and third-party integrations
This is a board-level role, with direct influence across the executive team and investors.
What We’re Looking For
- Profile at board level, with the ability to operate as an independent and credible voice
- A mission-led mindset, aligned to the purpose of the organisation
- Strong customer-centric thinking
- B2B or B2C Platform build and delivery
- Data architecture and reporting
- Integration-heavy environments
- The ability to be hands-on where needed, while building and leading a high-performing team
- A track record of delivering at pace in competitive, high-growth environments
This is a client and customer facing portal and platform build, not a reconfigure of infrastructure.
Why This Role
- Opportunity to build a sector leading portal and platform
- High-impact role with direct influence on business trajectory and value creation
- Backed by engaged investors and an ambitious leadership team
- A chance to combine commercial impact with meaningful purpose
