About the Role
SF Technology are partnering with a growing, people-focused business to recruit an experienced PHP Developer. You’ll play a key role in developing a bespoke, in-house CRM platform, working across the full lifecycle from requirements through to delivery. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with internal users, not just tickets, giving you real ownership and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance a custom CRM system
- Build backend functionality using PHP (Symfony)
- Contribute to frontend/UI where needed
- Design and develop REST APIs
- Work within a Linux-based environment
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong commercial PHP experience
- Symfony experience (essential)
- MySQL / MariaDB knowledge
- Linux/server environment experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working on in-house systems or products
Nice to Have
- Interest in AI technologies, both in development and production environment
- Frontend experience (JavaScript / JQuery)
- CRM system experience
- DevOps / infrastructure exposure
- Bash scripting
- Experience managing Proxmox clusters
- Experience in updating existing codebases to current standards
