We’re looking for an experienced Interim Data Recruitment Leader who knows the interim market inside‑out and thrives on building meaningful relationships with both clients and contractors. You’ll be responsible for developing and growing your Data interim desk within our Technology division, working closely with a highly collaborative team that celebrates wins together and pulls each other up when needed. Key Responsibilities
- Interim Market Expertise
- Manage and grow a Data-focused interim desk across roles such as Data Engineers, Analysts, Scientists, Architects, and BI specialists.
- Build and maintain a strong contractor network, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on interim market trends, availability, pricing, and project requirements.
- Client Partnership & Account Growth
- Act as a consultative partner to clients, understanding their data transformation challenges and offering tailored interim solutions.
- Work with a wide range of organisations, from high‑growth SMEs to established enterprises.

- Delivery & Process Management
