Key Responsibilities and Experience
This Application Service Manager based near Birmingham should have experience of most of the below:
- At least three years’ experience in software and vendor management (apps, ERP’s, CRM, WMS, etc)
- Proven track record in managing & optimizing business applications systems from cradle to grave (ideally at a group level)
- Solid software asset management skills
- Business process improvement skills
- Strong vendor and supplier management
- Understanding of ITIL would be useful
