Role Profile
The Managing Director will have full P&L responsibility for their business unit, leading a team across operations, account management, and service delivery, whilst overseeing a large network of specialist consultants.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and delivering the division's commercial and growth strategy.
Driving revenue growth through existing client relationships and new market opportunities.
Leading the successful delivery of long-term, complex contracts.
Ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer outcomes.
Developing high-performing leadership teams and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Working closely with product and technology teams to align future service development with customer needs and market demand.
