The Role
We are looking for an experienced Executive Researcher to support the team in delivering high‑quality executive search assignments. You will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and assessing C‑suite and senior leadership talent, ensuring we present exceptional shortlists to our clients. This is a hands‑on research role, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working on complex, high‑impact searches.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in‑depth market mapping and research for executive and senior leadership searches
- Source and identify high‑calibre C‑suite and senior candidates using a variety of channels
- Approach, engage, and hold credible conversations with senior‑level candidates
- Qualify and assess candidates against client briefs, ensuring quality and cultural fit
- Build strong long‑term relationships with senior professionals within your markets
- Partner closely with Consultants throughout the search process to deliver successful outcomes
- Prepare detailed candidate profiles, reports, and shortlists for client presentation
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records within internal systems and databases
- Contribute insight on market trends, talent availability, and competitor activity
About You
- Proven experience as an Executive Researcher, Senior Researcher, or similar role within executive search
- Demonstrable experience sourcing, shortlisting, and speaking with C‑suite and senior leadership candidates
- Strong track record of supporting end‑to‑end executive search assignments
- Confident communicator, able to engage credibly with senior stakeholders and candidates
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong storytelling ability
- Comfortable working collaboratively with Consultants in a fast‑paced environment
- Proactive, intellectually curious, and driven to deliver high standards of work
