SF Recruitment is looking for an immediately available Treasury Accountant for a role based in Birmingham. This is a temporary to permanent assignment, office based 5 days per week.
You must have previous experience with the below:
- Daily analysis and reconciliation of multiple Clients and bank accounts, flagging any unreconciled items
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliations
- Upload weekly/monthly and urgent payment runs into the banking software
- Supporting the business with customer payments and statement related queries, reconciling customer statements as required
- DD set-up, sending payment links and facilitating credit card payments
- Reviewing cash sales/new customer accounts balances on a weekly basis
- Review credit balances on customer accounts
- Ensuring bounced DD/credit card payments are allocated to the correct bank account on a weekly basis
- Managing and maintaining a shared e-mail inbox
- Produce weekly debtors reports
