SF are looking for a General Sales Manager to join our leading manufacturing client. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious sales person as the long term plan is for the successful candidate to become General Manager. Experience within the industrial heating sector is very beneficial.

  • Sales: Directly responsible for sales of key accounts and indirectly responsible for overall sales and marketing.
  • Daily operations: Seamlessly manage day to day office tasks including answering calls, scheduling and ensuring smooth internal communications.
  • Financial oversight: Oversee the business finances, including invoice management, budgeting, stocktaking and procurement.
  • Compliance & Safety: Maintain compliance with health, safety and fire regulations.
  • Administration excellence: Provide comprehensive administrative support to directors and managers from parent and sister companies, including report preparation, payroll and banking oversight.
  • Staff management: Supervising staff performance, staff recruitment, overseeing staff training and employee appraisals and wage negotiations, including HR processes and procedures.
  • Customer relations: Handle customer inquiries and complaints with exemplary service and professionalism.
  • Company: Negotiate contracts and accounts, ensuring the best outcomes for the Strategic Management.
  • Proven office management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
