Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a new permanent opportunity working for a well established business based at Birmingham Business Park, Solihull, with a view to start immediately.

You will be working as part of a long standing purchase ledger team and be responsible for the day to day running of the purchase ledger function. Your duties will include:

  • Matching, batching and coding invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Processing payments
  • Resolving queries
  • Processing employee expenses
  • Assisting with month end
  • Working with foreign currency payments
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations
