A well-established education organisation is seeking a Senior Business Support Manager to oversee HR, finance, and operational processes in a busy school environment. The successful candidate will manage HR administration, support payroll and budgeting, and coordinate IT and safety processes.

Strong experience in HR, finance, and complex organisations is essential, along with excellent communication and organisational skills.

The role is permanent, running from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
