We are looking for an experienced SAP Programme / Portfolio Manager to lead the delivery of a portfolio of complex SAP programmes for a large, high-profile organisation. You will be accountable for end-to-end governance and delivery across multiple SAP initiatives, managing scope, cost, schedule, risks and dependencies while working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure value and outcomes are achieved.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the delivery and governance of multiple SAP projects/programmes across the full lifecycle
- Maintain control of budgets, timelines, risks, issues and reporting
- Lead multi-team, complex SAP deliveries within a large IT landscape
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Support commercial activity, including proposals and delivery planning
- Drive continuous improvement and value-focused delivery
Skills & experience:
- Proven delivery of large-scale, multi-million-pound SAP programmes
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches
- Programme or project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 or equivalent)
- Excellent stakeholder, financial and vendor management skills
- Confident operating independently in complex, fast-paced environments
Eligibility for Security Check (SC) clearance is essential, therefore you must meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' continuous UK residency
- No trips out of the UK in the last 5 years that have lasted 28 consecutive days or more
- Right to work permanently in the UK with no sponsorship requirements
- Willing to go through background check and vetting procedures
