SF Recruitment are supporting a PE‑backed, Healthcare organisation that is looking for an experienced Interim Payroll Specialist to lead a series of high-impact payroll and systems projects.

If you’re confident navigating complex payroll environments and enjoy improving processes, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Tackling

  • Leading the consolidation of payroll into a single entity.
  • Driving automation and payroll process improvements.
  • Partnering with HR & Finance to enhance Time & Attendance workflows.
  • Ensuring compliance, accurate reporting and timely submissions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong payroll background in a fast‑paced, change‑heavy environment.
  • ADP experience is a bonus (not a dealbreaker).
  • Tech‑savvy mindset with a track record in automation & systems optimisation.
  • Advanced Excel capability — pivots, IFs, lookups, data manipulation.
  • Someone who can hit the ground running and operate autonomously.

They are looking to hire someone immediately so you’ll need to be on very short notice or immediately available.
