FULL TIME OR PART TIME AVAILABLE, PERMANENT
SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a full-time Payroll & Finance Administrator on a permanent basis to join an exciting, growing business in their new offices in Derby.
JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- End to end payroll processing for weekly/monthly paid employees (120)
- Making various timely monthly payments eg attachment of earnings, pension contributions
- Setting up new employees on payroll
- Managing SSP, SMP etc
- Processing leavers and issue of related P45's
- Loading payment files to banking system
- Providing ad hoc reports on payroll information for various purposes including monthly accounts
- Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related matters
- Supporting with aspects of Purchase Ledger, including invoicing, matching invoices to PO's, setting up BACS payments and supplier statement reconciliations
- Producing sales invoices and sending to customers
- Credit control management
- Bank reconciliations
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Experience of payroll process from start to finish
- Experience of dealing with adhoc finance duties
- Ability to run payroll unsupervised
- Strong numerical skills, must be able to manually check and calculate payroll data
- Strong data entry and record keeping skills
- A respect for confidentiality
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
