SF Recruitment are looking for an immediately available experienced payroll candidate for a temporary role near Redditch. Based on site 5 days a week.
General / Generic skills and experience:
- All payroll processing activities for monthly payroll
- Submissions to HMRC
- Payroll payment authorisation
- HM Customs and Revenue communications
- System process evaluation and improvement
- Expat payroll and tax analysis
- Pension administration, including auto-enrolment, life assurance etc.
- Understanding of statutory payments, Maternity, Paternity, Parental, sick pay etc.
- Year-end submission; P11D, P60's
- Assist the Finance and HR departments when required
- Ad hoc duties as specified by the Head of Finance
Specific skills and experience to role:
- Good understanding of Payroll procedures and rules
- Good understanding of Year end Procedures
- Familiarity with Benefits and other Salary deductions
