SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a part-time Payroll Clerk to join a fantastic manufacturing business based in Nottingham, NG5.
Duties of the Payroll Clerk:
Accurately enter time sheet into sage payroll for approximately 160 weekly paid staff.
Monthly payroll
Exceptional attention to detail.
Outstanding level of accuracy.
Highly organised.
Undertake full checks of the time sheets – ensuring they are accurate.
Process attachment of earnings.
Calculate holiday entitlements.
Administer and calculate statutory and company sick pay.
Develops strong relationships with people quickly and effectively.
Process pensions.
Dealing with and answering payroll questions.
Processing payments.
Reconciling and posting the weekly payroll.
Skills and Experience:
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience using Sage Payroll is desirable
Experience within a Payroll position
