The Procurement & Supply Chain Division at SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a hands-on Stock & Parts advisor on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing parts inventory and supporting the sales/customer department with everything related to operational requirements.

As a Parts and Stock control advisor, you will be responsible for the below:

  • Managing company-owned and parts stock, ensuring accurate stock control, rotation, and housekeeping
  • Maintaining precise stock records and following established processes and procedures
  • Supplying parts to customers and supporting internal operations
  • Promoting parts and associated products, supporting sales and account growth
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
  • Supporting day-to-day branch operations, including hands-on involvement where required
  • Providing accurate reporting on stock levels, parts usage, and customer activity
  • Ensuring health & safety and fire safety procedures are followed at all times

The successful candidate will need to have experience in the below:

  • Parts handling and stock control, ideally within truck, trailer, plant, or automotive sectors
  • Working in a customer-facing environment
  • Managing inventory systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting sales activity or parts sales
  • Working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised and can prioritise a fast-paced working environment
