Do you thrive on building strong relationships, shaping people strategies, and creating workplaces where people can succeed? In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to managers across the organisation. You will coach, mentor, and advise leaders to help them achieve their objectives, while ensuring HR support is proactive, responsive, and aligned with future priorities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Advising and guiding managers on a wide range of HR matters with confidence and clarity.
- Reviewing and maintaining policies to ensure they are up to date, practical, and empowering.
- Working closely with leaders to align HR support with organisational goals.
- Delivering a comprehensive HR service, including case management, recruitment, workforce planning, wellbeing, organisational change, and pensions.
- Championing employee engagement, development, and wellbeing to help people perform at their best.
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation while supporting innovation and continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For
- Graduate membership of the CIPD (or working towards this).
- Proven experience providing HR advice and support to managers at all levels.
- Strong employee relations experience (including complex ER).
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of employment law across the HR spectrum.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Someone who wants to drive continuous improvement.
