Temporary Customer Service Support

Mansfield, NG21

Full time, office based.

Β£12.21 per hour, paid weekly.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your role will involve:

  • Managing inbound and outbound customer queries
  • Logging and processing information
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer queries
  • Providing clear updates and support to customers throughout the process
  • Handling administrative tasks


What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in claims handling, insurance, booking in repairs or similar services.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • A problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail
