SF Recruitment are supporting a PE-backed, Healthcare organisation that is looking for an experienced Interim Payroll Specialist to lead a series of high-impact payroll and systems projects.

What You\โll Be Tackling
- Managing monthly payroll across 23 sites / 13 entities (c. 300 employees, incl. 15 zero-hours).
- Leading the consolidation of payroll into a single entity.
- Supporting a major ADP migration taking place in September.
- Driving automation and payroll process improvements.
- Partnering with HR & Finance to enhance Time & Attendance workflows.
- Ensuring compliance, accurate reporting and timely submissions.
What We\โre Looking For
- Strong payroll background in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment.
- ADP experience is a bonus (not a dealbreaker).
- Tech-savvy mindset with a track record in automation & systems optimisation.
- Advanced Excel capability โ pivots, IFs, lookups, data manipulation.
- Someone who can hit the ground running and operate autonomously.
