SF Recruitment are supporting a PE‑backed, Healthcare organisation that is looking for an experienced Interim Payroll Specialist to lead a series of high-impact payroll and systems projects.

What You’ll Be Tackling:
- Leading the consolidation of payroll into a single entity.
- Driving automation and payroll process improvements.
- Partnering with HR & Finance to enhance Time & Attendance workflows.
- Ensuring compliance, accurate reporting and timely submissions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong payroll background in a fast‑paced, change‑heavy environment.
- ADP experience is a bonus (not a dealbreaker).
- Tech‑savvy mindset with a track record in automation & systems optimisation.
