Up to £45,000 plus benefits

SF Recruitment are excited to be working with a fabulous client, who have around 800 headcount based across the UK.

They are currently looking to attract a resilient & outgoing HR Business Partner to join them for 12 months to cover MAT leave.

You will join a friendly people team made up of HR, Recruitment and L&D.

This role will partner one division of the business, with around 200 headcount.

Supporting mainly from an operational angle working closely with key stakeholders covering - employee relations, training development plans, restructuring, succession plans, lead change management and business improvement projects and much more.

Our client is open to candidates who are currently operating at top of their HR Advisor game, who are ready for their next step to business partnering.

Equally, candidates who have operated already at business partner level are just as interesting to them.

However, It is essential that you have exposure to restructuring.

You need to have a proven HR generalist background, and thrive in a high change demanding environment.

You need to be happy to get hands on and be proactive!
