SF Recruitment are working with a leading national retail brand to recruit a Junior Buyer. We are looking for candidates who have either a good entry level of procurement/buying experience or FMCG sales experience. Fantastic working culture with industry leading progression & development opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as stock management, waste reduction, margin improvement, and sales growth. Develop and implement collaborative plans with suppliers to meet business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with small business owners and FMCG suppliers. Manage both branded and private label product lines. Oversee and track contract balances effectively. Handle administrative tasks, including stock control, order processing, setting up new product forms, and managing office communications. Conduct range reviews to evaluate and optimize product offerings. Ideal Candidate Profile: A motivated individual eager to grow and develop their skills as a buyer.
