A growing manufacturing business is looking for a hands-on IT Technician to support its internal IT systems and help drive infrastructure improvements. This is a varied role offering the chance to take ownership of day-to-day support while contributing to future upgrades and a major site consolidation project.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to users across hardware, Microsoft 365, connectivity, and business applications.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and devices (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune, MFA).
  • Maintain on-premise infrastructure including servers, networking, backups, and patching.
  • Act as the go-to IT contact for daily issues, escalating only when needed.
  • Support the migration from two Bradford sites to a new consolidated Leeds location.
  • Maintain documentation and help improve internal IT processes and knowledge sharing.

What you'll need:

  • Solid experience in a hands-on IT support or technician role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and user/device support.
  • Comfortable managing infrastructure basics: servers, networking, backups, MFA.
  • Confident working independently and supporting non-technical users.
  • Proactive, organised, and eager to support both BAU and project work.
  • Any exposure to manufacturing or site migrations is a bonus.
