SF Recruitment are working with a client in Newark to recruit a Sales Coordinator. Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders, checking lead times, and managing order progress
- Managing your administrative workload efficiently and accurately
- Handling proactive and reactive sales calls to grow existing accounts
- Managing customer relationships and liaising with internal teams to deliver excellent service
- Responding to inbound enquiries and warm leads, preparing quotes and upselling where appropriate
- Using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity
- Negotiating, handling objections, and closing sales opportunities
- Delivering against set KPIs, including monthly sales targets that increase with experience
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and codes of practice
- Representing the business professionally and positively at all times
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an internal sales or customer-facing sales role
- Proven track record of working to and achieving sales targets
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Numerate, organised, and detail-oriented
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00
