SF Recruitment is proud to partner with a continuing successful business to recruit for a newly created HR Officer role. This is an exciting opportunity to join an amazing HR team and contribute to shaping the future of HR delivery. As the HR Officer, you will provide comprehensive generalist HR support to the Head of HR and the wider company, ensuring smooth HR operations and effective handling of a variety of employment matters. This role will allow you to play a key part in driving organisational success through efficient HR practices and innovative solutions. Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 ( 1 day working from home one probation has been passed). Key Responsibilities – End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including onboarding of new employees. – HR Metrics & Data Analysis: Maintain computerized HR records and provide insightful analysis of key HR metrics. – Employee Relations Support: Take notes during disciplinary and grievance meetings, and assist with managing employee relation cases. – Absence Management: Monitor employee absences, identify trigger points, and take appropriate actions. – Policies and Procedures: Update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation and best practices. – Performance Development: Support annual reviews and performance development processes. – Managerial Coaching: Provide guidance to managers on employee relation matters, ensuring best practice approaches. – Apprenticeship Development Programmes: Manage and oversee the development programmes for apprentices.
